Our tasting room is open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00 pm, other hours by appointment. We have an assortment of cheeses from around the world, Italian meats, and delicate handmade desserts and chocolates to accompany tastings.

Surrounding our building is an outside seating area with views of the Sussex Skylands. Join us after a ride up to the country or a round of golf at one of the many Crystal Springs Country Club courses.

Our tasting fee is $5.00 for a flight of 5 or $10.00 for a premium flight. If you have a large party or 10 or more, please contact us for special arrangements. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
