John Dixon, Executive Chef John Dixon is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in N.Y. with a degree in Classical Culinary Arts. Having worked in some of NY/NJ's top restaurants and catering facilities, he has planted his roots here in Sussex County NJ. John has a passion for Italian food and wine and is also trained as a Jr. Sommelier in World Wine Studies. He has a great understanding of pairing food with wine and makes this the cornerstone of every menu he creates. John is also an active member of the Sussex County Board of Agriculture and is an advocate in supporting local farmers.
