Michael Sheridan, Operations Manager
     After spending 25 years in Dallas, 15 of which were in the restaurant and entertainment business, Michael Sheridan recently made the move to New Jersey to join his cousin Anthony in the pursuit of winemaking. In addition to culinary arts, world travel has been a focal point of his life. By backpacking months in Europe, Asia, and South America he has acquired an international perspective on food and beverage, along with an undying passion for world music. He hopes to translate his experiences of not only Italy, but the rest of the world, through the winery.

Darren Conway, Director of Sales and Marketing
     Darren Conway graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in finance. After sitting behind a desk as an equities trader for a year, he realized his true desire was to work in the hospitality and service industry. Darren’s outgoing personality drew him to NYC where he proceeded to open and manage numerous restaurants and nightclubs. With his experience and love for people, he intends to open a rustic Italian-inspired wine bar in New Jersey with a New York City edge.
