Michael Sheridan, Operations Manager & Winemaker
     After spending 25 years in Dallas, 15 of which were in the restaurant and entertainment business, Michael Sheridan made the move to New Jersey to join his cousin Anthony in the pursuit of winemaking. In addition to culinary arts, world travel has been a focal point of his life. By backpacking months in Europe, Asia, and South America he has acquired an international perspective on food and beverage, along with an undying passion for world music. His refined palate for wine is a vital aspect that is valued during the winemaking process. He hopes to translate his experiences of not only Italy, but the rest of the world, through the winery.
